We are looking for a savvy Customer Success Business Partner who possesses a strong drive for results.
The role’s key mission is to serve as a trusted Business Partner to our customers and help them utilize the Fiizio Platform to deliver Total Growth to their practice while providing superior health results to their clients.
Duties for the Customer Success Business Partner will include a broad range of tasks, from on-boarding new customers to maintaining ongoing customer relationships. The ideal candidate should be able to implement Fiizio’ customer success programs as a business partner, and also provide insights on customer-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through product support, and handle customer feedback, complaints and requests.
Successful candidates must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively. The ideal Customer Success Business Partner should engage with customers, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our customer base.
Customer Success Business Partner Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Support business growth and profitability.
- Lead product demonstrations
- Analyze customer data and feedback to improve customer experience.
- Evaluate and improve on-boarding, training and tutorial processes.
- Serve as the liaison between our customers and our company.
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints, to minimize churn.
- Communicate customer feedback regarding product design and development.
Customer Success Business Partner Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience with cloud based software product as a customer success team member.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
