1. In the patient program creation page, click the “Generate Printout” button. This opens a browser-based PDF version of the program, quick notes and added reading material.
2. From here, click the Print button (the location of this button will depend on your internet browser) and follow the prompts to print.
3. You may save the PDF file and attach it to an EHR/EMR, or any practice management software you use.
