FiizioSoft stores personal and health or fitness information provided by you and by healthcare professionals (such as your physical therapist) or wellness practitioners (such as your Yoga instructor) who services you (“Direct Service Provider”). What is Personal Information?
Personal Information is information that can be directly associated with a specific person or entity such as a user’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card number, social security number, passport number, personal identification number, or information directly linked to that person. Personal Information may also include Personal Health Information, which is associated with you or your medical condition, when applicable and is actually provided by you or by a healthcare professional that is working with you. Such information may include a user usage data collected during the use of our Fiizio Mobile App, including through your mobile device tools and software that are installed or part of the mobile device on which the Mobile App is installed (such as microphone, camera, GPS, etc.) and such data may be delivered to your healthcare professional, as part of his service to you. You are not legally required to provide Personal Information, but if you refuse to provide such information we may not be able to register you to use the Service. By using the Service you agree to the use (including transfer) of Personal Information (including Personal Health Information) as described in this Privacy Policy.
Collection of Personal Information
Personal Information or Personal Health Information is entered into the Fiizio databases by you and/or by your direct service provider, such as a healthcare professional. When you create an account you will be asked to provide your email address and choose a password. In addition, we may collect certain Personal Information that you provide us, such as your first name, family name, phone number and email address. We may automatically collect certain Personal Information and usage data when you use the Application, such as IP address, information about your browser, device or operating system or similar information as well as activity data and input you record in the Mobile App, such as your exercise program adherence, as well as using tools and software that are embedded in the App, installed or part of the mobile device on which the Fiizio Mobile App is installed (such as microphone, camera, GPS, etc.). Some data may be shared with your Direct Service Provider, to assist him providing better service, OR reviewed and analyzed by us in connection with operating, developing and improving features, functionality and contents of the Apps or Service, or delivered to your healthcare professional, as part of his service to you. If you upload or use Personal Information which relates to someone other than you, you represent to us that you have that person’s legally binding consent to the use of the information as described herein or that you are legally authorized to consent on their behalf.
Use of Cookies
FiizioSoft may use cookies, web beacons or other similar technologies in order to improve the Service. A cookie is a small piece of text that is sent to your browser. The browser provides this piece of text to your device when you return to the Application. FiizioSoft may use cookies to help personalize your user experience. A “persistent” cookie may be used to help save your settings and customizations. Also, if you log in to the Application, such a cookie will be used to recognize you as a valid user so you will not need to log in each time you use the application.

The Personal Information that you enter into our Apps is used in order to build your personal profile, allowing you easy access to our Apps and enabling you to send specific communication to and between your direct service provider and you. By registering with FiizioSoft you consent to receiving email communications to tell you about our services. Sharing of Personal Information
FiizioSoft does not sell, rent, share, or disclose Personal Information and/or Personal Health Information to third parties, except to its vendors, partners, contractors or agents to the extent necessary to provide our services. You may choose to send your direct service provider or other third party the Personal Information using the email options in the application.
Aggregate Information
Personal Information does not include “aggregate” information. Aggregate information is data we collect about a group or category of services or users, from which individual customer identities have been removed. In other words, information about how you use a service, or the results of such use, may be collected and combined with similar information others, but no Personal Information will be included in the resulting data. FiizioSoft can extract statistical data from your content in order to provide other users or partners without connecting it to any personal data such as name or e-mail address. Aggregate data helps us understand trends and user needs so that we can better consider new products and services, and tailor existing products and services to customer desires. You understand that we may commercialize aggregate information by any and all means, and that you will receive no payment or other consideration in respect of such use.

FiizioSoft uses third party tracking tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot and MailChimp. If you wish to opt-out from our third party services, please follow their opt out information.

FiizioSoft has put into place security measures in an effort to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse or alteration while it is under our control. Personal Information we collect is stored in cloud electronically and may be combined with other membership information. We use technical, contractual, administrative and physical measures in an effort to protect against unauthorized access. These include Secured servers, SSL and encryption. Although we take measures we believe are appropriate to safeguard against unauthorized disclosures of Personal Information, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any Personal Information you transmit to us, and you transmit such information at your own risk. To allow you to securely view your account and registration information you will be required to submit a username and password upon registration to the Application. To protect the confidentiality of Personal Information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. If other people have access to your email, they may be able to obtain access to your password and obtain Personal Information about you (such as your credit card information), or change information about your user profile. You may not want to use an email account operated by an employer because many employers have the legal right to access such email accounts.

You must be 18 years of age or older in order to establish an account on and use our Services. Updating, Reviewing or Correcting Personal Information
You may update, review or correct your on-line account information at any time online by accessing your password-protected registration page on the Application.
Account Deletion
Our Apps are allowing healthcare professional and wellness pracitioners to provide their services to you also via our Apps, and we do not have control over the content and data your Cirect Service Provider choose to provide you with through our Apps .
Due to regulations and laws, sometimes Direct Service Providers need to keep certain health and personal records, data and information stored for both parties on our servers for a defined period of time. Therefore, we are not allowed to delete your data from your Direct Service Provider’s account and/or from our servers without a formal request from your Direct Service Provider.
If you desire to have your account deleted from our servers, you need to reach out directly to your Direct Service Provider, and he can either delete your account, data and information directly from the Web App account, or can submit a request to us to delete his entire account and data.
